Where is Cagayan de Oro? It is also known as the City of Golden Friendship is the capital of the province of Misamis Oriental, the regional hub for Northern Mindanao. A new city compared to other very urbanized metropolitan areas in the Philippines, Cagayan de Oro has a number of inhabitants of over 460,000 in 200,000 homeowners.
